The Annex rooms in the back of the building, on the 5th floor, are surprisingly good, clean, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the old city center. The staff is helpful and friendly, solving any issues promptly. The breakfast offers a delicious variety including eggs, ham, sweets, croissants, and focaccia. Secure parking is available next to the accommodation.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The location was great, with lots of nice places to eat nearby and it was also a short walk to the old town.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is in the center of Genoa, close enough to the train station. The cleanliness was perfect and the staff was friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious too.
